Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Job-Lynk platform ("Platform") provided by Job-Lynk Corporation ("Job-Lynk," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Platform Usage

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Platform.

User Accounts: To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Conduct: You agree to use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any activities that may:
a. Violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
b. Involve the transmission of spam, viruses, or any other malicious or harmful code.
c. Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its associated networks and systems.
d. Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.

2. Job Postings and Applications

Job Postings: As an employer or job poster, you are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of the job postings you create on the Platform. You agree not to post any job listings that discriminate against any individual or group based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Job Applications: As a job seeker or applicant, you understand that the decision to apply for a job posting is entirely voluntary. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your job applications and understand that any misrepresentation may result in the rejection of your application or termination of your account.

Hiring Process: Job-Lynk does not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes. The hiring decisions are the sole responsibility of the employers. Job-Lynk shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the hiring process or any actions taken by employers or job seekers.

2. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Job-Lynk retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and its content, including any intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Platform.

User Content: By submitting any content, including job postings, applications, or feedback, you grant Job-Lynk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and perform such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

3. Privacy

Privacy Policy: Job-Lynk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. Job-Lynk makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the Platform"s operation, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for your purposes.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job-Lynk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the
